We understand that any remodeling project can be challenging. People you don’t know will be coming in and out of your home, and things may look a bit messy before looking great again.
As your space is being transformed, we’ll focus on making sure you’re comfortable. The last thing we want is to disrupt your daily routine. So we’ve created a process that ensures your remodel will unfold in a pleasant and stress-free way.
We prioritize your needs and act from a place of transparency from start to finish. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, we’ll be ready to listen and give you the answers you are looking for. Discover our process below.
12 Easy Steps Towards Your Perfect Home
To give you a clear idea of what you should expect, we’ve explained our process in detail. Here’s how we do it:
1. Fill Out Our Form
Let us know what type of project you have in mind by filling out our form. Send us pictures of your current space so that we know what we’re dealing with.
2. Phone Consultation
We’ll get back to you within one business day to discuss the details of your project and make sure we have a good grasp of your vision. We’ll also schedule an on-site consultation.
3. On-Site Consultation
We’ll come over to your location to inspect and analyze what we’ll be working with. We’ll start planning your project and visualize what the end result will look like. The on-site consultation comes with a $500 fee which will be deducted from your final invoice if you choose to work with us.
4. Signing The Contract
After we’ve discussed aspects like budget, timeline, and materials, we’ll prepare and sign the contract. In order to make the appropriate project preparations, we require a deposit of 1/3rd of the total price.
5. Design Phase
Before getting to work, we’ll design your entire space with a 3D rendering software to show you what your home will look like. We’ll revise the design until you’re happy with every detail of your remodel.
6. Protect Your Home And The Site
Before we start any demolition or construction work, we’ll make sure that your house is kept structurally safe. We’ll also seal and protect any other areas that are not going to be under construction. This way, we’ll keep dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.
7. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before our work starts, we’ll do a on-site walkthrough to give you a clear idea of what the next steps are.

9. Our Cleaners Get To Work
Once our work is done, we’ll have our professional cleaners come over and clean up the job site. This is our way of making sure that the place is ready for you to enjoy the moment we’re out the door.
10. Post-Job Walkthrough
11. Warranty
Your peace of mind is important to us so we’ll offer you a 1-year workmanship warranty. You’ll also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials and appliances.
12. 6-Month Follow-Ups
We’ll personally come to your house every 6 months for a 2 year period to make sure everything is in good condition. After the 2 year period, we’ll still be available on-call to help with anything you may need.
