He thrives on developing long term relationships with his customers, creating solutions to work within a budget and high quality work with customer satisfaction.

Bob encourages his team to keep in mind that they are working in homes not on a job site. He thrives on doing his work with expertise and skill in a timely fashion. He is six-time Iron Man finisher, an avid hiker and outdoorsmen.
